At Trends With Us, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, our 30-day refund and returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return your order.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Some types of goods are exempt from return due to their nature. These include:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards or downloadable software

  • Personal care and hygiene products

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books or items with clear signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, or software

  • Any product not in its original condition or missing parts

  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return once received.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to them.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value items.
